“Mimangs-si-sJhabstogs” to Strengthen Public Outreach and Welfare Delivery.
The Administration at Your Doorstep campaign was held today, 19/11/2025, in Shara and Phuktse villages of the Kharu Subdivision.
Various on-the-spot services were provided during the camp, including enrollment in ration cards by the Food and Supplies Department, health screening, creation of ABHA IDs, and distribution of PMJAY benefits by the Health Department. Awareness on pension schemes, digital banking, and cyber fraud was conducted by the banking representatives. The ICDS Department facilitated the issuance of PMMVY benefits and creation of APAAR IDs, while enrollment in pension schemes, KCC, and PM-KISAN was carried out by the Agriculture Department.
The Rural Development Department issued Job Cards and conducted eKYC for Job Cards. The Sheep and Animal Husbandry Department provided medicines and conducted anti-parasitic spraying. Ongoing projects under PWD, Rural Development, Irrigation & Flood Control, and PHE departments were assessed, and issues were resolved on the spot.
Resident Certificates, Domicile Certificates, Mutation Certificates, and ST Certificates were distributed. Golden Cards, Aadhaar enrollment, and corrections (Education and Rural Departments) were also facilitated.
Around 20 departments provided services to the public, and active participation from the community was witnessed.
