DIET Leh Concludes Two-Day Workshop on Lesson Planning in Collaboration with 17000ft Foundation.
Leh, Ladakh — The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Leh successfully concluded a two-day intensive workshop on Lesson Planning organised in collaboration with the 17000ft Foundation.
The workshop was conducted by the expert resource person Ms Archana Mahindra, who presented a highly engaging, practical and inspiring training module on effective lesson planning strategies. Her sessions focused on classroom-ready approaches, learner-centred pedagogy, and structured teaching techniques aimed at improving learning outcomes. A total of 253 teachers from Government and Private schoolsof leh district actively participated in the training programme.
Sh. Mirza Mehdi, Principal DIET Leh, appreciated the painstaking efforts and dedicated work of Ms Archana Mahindra in delivering the training in an interactive and motivating manner. He encouraged all participating teachers to work sincerely at the grassroots level and implement the workshop modules in their respective classrooms so that students may receive maximum academic benefit.
Madam Tsering Yangdol, HOD DIET Leh, delivered the vote of thanks. She expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Team 17000ft Foundation and all participants for their patience, commitment and enthusiastic participation throughout the workshop.
The programme concluded on a positive note with teachers expressing confidence that the newly learned lesson planning techniques will enhance classroom teaching and improve students’ learning experiences.
