Leh, 27 February 2026: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Leh actively participated in the Sampoornata Abhiyaan programme held at Rupsho-Korzok on 27th February 2026. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from various line departments, local stakeholders, and villagers.
The programme was graced by Shri Gaurav Pandey, Young Professional, NITI Aayog, as the Chief Guest. Among the distinguished dignitaries present were Shri Kacho Asgar Ali, SDM, Sub-Division Nyoma, along with other esteemed officers and representatives from various departments.
During the event, participants from different line departments set up informative stalls and displays highlighting their ongoing initiatives, achievements, and public welfare schemes. The DIET Leh team presented a comprehensive and knowledge-rich display showcasing its academic interventions, teacher training programmes, capacity-building initiatives, and innovative practices aimed at enhancing the quality of education in the district.
The display emphasized DIET Leh’s consistent efforts in strengthening teachers’ professional competencies, promoting pedagogical improvements, and implementing educational reforms aligned with national priorities.
