Jigmet Raftan Chairs Introductory Meeting with Department Heads in Nubra Sub-Division.

Nubra, March 14, 2026: Shri Jigmet Raftan, JKAS, who recently assumed charge as the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) of Nubra, convened an introductory meeting with the Heads of Departments of Nubra Sub-Division at the Conference Hall of the SDM Office Complex, Diskit.
During the meeting, the Heads of Departments warmly welcomed the newly appointed SDM. The meeting commenced with brief introductions by the departmental heads, who apprised the SDM about the functioning of their respective departments and highlighted their roles, responsibilities, and ongoing activities in the sub-division.
On the occasion, the SDM interacted with the officers to gain an understanding of the functioning of various departments in Nubra Sub-Division, with a focus on strengthening inter-departmental coordination and ensuring effective public service delivery.
The meeting was attended by all Sub-Divisional level officers.
