ADC Leh Chairs Meeting to Review Regulation and Monitoring of LPG Cylinders in Leh.
Leh, March 19, 2026: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Leh, Mukul Beniwal IAS, chaired a meeting to review the regulation and monitoring of commercial and domestic LPG cylinders today at the VC Room of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Leh.
The meeting aimed to strengthen coordination among key departments and stakeholders to ensure proper distribution, safety, and effective monitoring of LPG cylinders across the district.
The ADC emphasized that distribution must be carried out in a fair, transparent, and need-based manner to ensure accountability and optimal utilization.
Ruth Mary AD, FCS & CA, Leh, informed that kerosene is being provided to eligible beneficaries. The ADC further directed the officers to establish a control room to address digital issues such as OTP-related problems and other public concerns.
The ADC also directed all concerned officers to maintain close coordination for effective implementation. He stressed the importance of submitting daily progress reports and conducting regular inspections to ensure the proper and fair use of LPG cylinders.
