DC Kargil reviews arrangements ahead of inauguration of New District Court Complex.
Kargil, March 22, 2026: Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Rakesh Kumar today reviewed the arrangements in view of the inauguration of New District Court Complex at Kurbathang, Kargil.
During the inspection, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, Sheikh Gowher Hussain, SSP Kargil, ADC Kargil, Tehsildar Kargil, Executive Engineers from PWD, Mechanical and PDD, AO to DC, and other concerned officials were present.
The DC along with the Principal District Judge visited the newly constructed Court Complex and inspected various facilities including court chambers, conference hall, video conferencing (VC) room, and other infrastructure.
A detailed review of arrangements related to seating, medical facilities, water supply, power, security, traffic regulation, and parking was conducted during the visit.
The DC directed all concerned departments to ensure proper arrangements for the event. He emphasized maintaining cleanliness, ensuring road maintenance, and making all necessary arrangements for the smooth conduct of the event.
