CEC Kargil Welcomes New Joint Director, Planning/ CPO Kargil.
Kargil, April 10, 2026: Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today welcomed the newly posted Joint Director, Planning/ Chief Planning Officer (CPO), Kargil, Kacho Mohd Hussain, on his joining.
Dr. Akhoon congratulated him on his new assignment and emphasized the key role of the Planning Department in ensuring effective and inclusive development across the district. He stressed timely execution, transparency, and coordination among departments.
