As per the directions of the District Programme Officer, ICDS Project Leh, the ICDS Project Kharu celebrated Poshan Pakhwada at AWC Centre, Chemday Peu.
During the programme, a special discussion session was organised for pregnant and lactating women at AWC Peu, focusing on both curative and preventive healthcare. The session was led by a medical professional and aimed at enhancing awareness on maternal and child health.
The discussion covered important aspects such as antenatal care, postnatal care, and overall health education to improve maternal and child health outcomes.
On the occasion, the Block Coordinator, ICDS Supervisor, and a Pharmacist from the Health Department also addressed the participants and highlighted the significance of the programme
