LSSSSB Conducts Graduate & Above Level Examination Smoothly.
Leh, April 26, 2026: The Ladakh Subordinate Services Staff Selection Board successfully conducted the Graduate & Above Level Examination for 278 UT cadre posts on Sunday, April 26, 2026, across 47 examination centers in Leh and Kargil districts.
Out of a total of 10,153 candidates scheduled to appear, 8,754 candidates took the examination, while 1,399 candidates remained absent.
In Leh district, 12 examination centers were established, while 35 centers were set up in Kargil district, including Zanskar, to facilitate the smooth conduct of the examination.
The examination was conducted in a fair, transparent, and orderly manner, in strict adherence to the prescribed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the Board. All necessary arrangements were put in place to ensure the secure and efficient conduct of the examination across all centers.
Notably, for the first time, the LSSSSB deployed examination functionaries on an inter-district basis, with officials from Leh district assigned duties in Kargil district and vice versa. This initiative further strengthened transparency and reinforced the integrity of the examination process.
The Board expressed its sincere appreciation and gratitude to all examination functionaries, including General Observers, Board Observers, Magistrates, Centre Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, Invigilators, Authentication Officers, and Police personnel, for their dedicated services.
The LSSSSB also extended special thanks to the Deputy Commissioners/Chief Coordinators of Leh and Kargil districts for their valuable support and cooperation in ensuring the successful conduct of the examination.
