    Leh, May 11, 2026: The ongoing Yoga and Meditation sessions at the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC) entered Day-10 today, witnessing enthusiastic participation from attendees who actively took part in various yoga practices aimed at promoting physical well-being, mental peace, and holistic health.
    The yoga session was conducted under the guidance of yoga teacher Rohit Rawat from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai, who guided participants through a series of exercises focusing on flexibility, breathing techniques, and overall wellness.
    Similarly, a meditation session was also held at the Shangri-La Pyramid Meditation Temple, where participants engaged in mindfulness practices aimed at achieving inner peace and mental clarity. The session encouraged attendees to adopt meditation as a part of their daily lifestyle for long-term well-being.
    The ongoing sessions at MIMC continue to inspire people towards a healthier and balanced way of living. The Yoga and Meditation programme will continue till May 14, 2026.
