Meditation and Wellness Sessions at MIMC Conclude During Sacred Relics Exposition.
Leh, May 14, 2026: The Meditation and Wellness Sessions organised at the Mahabodhi International Meditation Centre (MIMC), Leh, concluded successfully today as part of the ongoing Sacred Exposition of the Holy Relics of the Tathagata Buddha.
Conducted from May 2 to May 14 at the MIMC campus, the sessions witnessed active participation from devotees, visitors and people from different walks of life. The programme included guided meditation, mindfulness practices, breathing exercises and yoga sessions aimed at promoting mental well-being, inner peace and a balanced lifestyle.
The concluding day witnessed enthusiastic participation from attendees who took part in meditation and yoga practices in a serene and contemplative atmosphere at the Centre. The sessions also provided participants an opportunity for reflection and spiritual engagement during the sacred exposition.
The programme formed part of the wellness and spiritual activities being organised alongside the Sacred Relics Exposition in Ladakh and received encouraging participation from people across different age groups.
