Self-Enumeration Process Commences in Sub-Division Khaltse.
Khaltse, May 17, 2026: Like other parts of Ladakh, the self-enumeration process in Tehsil Khaltse also commenced today with participation from the following dignitaries of Sub-Division Khaltse:
Sh. Tsering Nurboo, President, LBA Sham
Sh. Tsering Dorjey, R/o Temisgam, Retired IG, SSB
Sh. Chhering Stodan, Honorary Captain, R/o Tia, veer Chakra awardee
Their messages emphasized the importance of public participation in the Census process and encouraged all residents to complete their self-enumeration within the stipulated time period.
Similarly, the Sub-Division Census Officer and Charge Officer, Khaltse, Mohd Sharif, completed his self-enumeration and encouraged all officers of the Sub-Division, as well as the general public of Khaltse to complete their self-enumeration process within the prescribed time line.
