DC Changthang today held a review meeting of Education Dept.with Zonal Education Officers ,Principals, and headmasters of Nyoma and Durbuk subdivisions in his office chamber to assess the academic progress and performance of students in Classes 10th and 12th.
The meeting was convened to review the overall results, pass percentage, and progress of educational institutions across the Changthang region. During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner emphasized the importance of improving educational standards and ensuring better academic outcomes for students. He stressed the need for focused attention on students requiring additional academic support and directed the concerned officials to strengthen monitoring and guidance at the school level.
The Zonal Education Officers of Nyoma and Durbuk, along with principals and headmasters from various schools presented detailed PowerPoint presentations highlighting student enrolment, examination results, pass percentages, subject-wise performance, and the overall academic status of their institutions. The meeting also discussed strategies for improving educational outcomes and ensuring better results in the coming academic sessions.
