PST/PET Conducted Successfully for Wildlife Forester Posts in Leh.
Leh, May 25, 2026: The Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Subordinate Services Recruitment Board in coordination with the District Administration Leh successfully conducted the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the post of Wildlife Forester at Fortune Resort, Spituk–Farka–Zinchen Road, Leh, today.
A total of 20 candidates were shortlisted for document verification (DV) and were subsequently called for the PST/PET, out of which 15 candidates participated in the tests.
The prescribed physical standards included a minimum height requirement of 162 cm for male candidates and 152 cm for female candidates. The Physical Efficiency Test comprised a 25-kilometre route to be completed within four hours.
Elaborate arrangements were put in place to ensure the smooth, fair and transparent conduct of the tests. All necessary PST/PET measurement instruments and required facilities were arranged at the venue.
The PST/PET was conducted in the presence of Sh. Rehmatullah Butt, JKAS, Secretary, LAHD-SSRB and other concerned officers and official .
Officials were deployed for authentication and verification of candidates to ensure transparency and adherence to prescribed norms.
Adequate medical arrangements, including deployment of medical staff and ambulance services, were also made available at the venue to handle any emergency situation during the conduct of the tests.
