Training on Health, Nutrition and Poshan Tracker for Anganwadi Workers Concludes in Shargole.
Kargil, June 1, 2026: Two-day training programme on Health, Nutrition and Poshan Tracker for Anganwadi Workers successfully concluded today at the CDPO Office Shargole. The training was held under the supervision of CDPO Shargole.
Today’s session was facilitated by Stanzin Angmo, State Coordinator for Poshan Tracker, who served as the resource person. The entire day was dedicated to the Poshan Tracker Application, where she provided in-depth training on real-time data entry, monitoring of services, and troubleshooting of common technical and operational issues faced by the workers. Practical demonstrations were given to ensure accurate use of the application at the AWC level.
The concluding event was attended by Supervisors, Junior Assistant, and Block Coordinator of ICDS Project Shargole. All Anganwadi Workers of the project actively participated in the training and cleared their doubts regarding the application.
The training has strengthened the technical capacity of Anganwadi Workers to improve data quality, ensure timely reporting, and enhance overall service delivery under Poshan Abhiyaan.
At the close of the programme, the CDPO along with staff members and Anganwadi Workers extended heartfelt thanks to the resource person for conducting the informative training. The Anganwadi Workers also requested that such capacity-building trainings be conducted regularly in the future.
