DC Changthang Reviews Progress of Ongoing Construction Works.
Nyoma, June 3: Deputy Commissioner, Changthang, Shri Nitish Rajora,IAS today chaired a review meeting at the DC Office, Nyoma, to assess the progress of ongoing construction works being executed by the Public Works Department (PWD) across the sub-division.
The meeting focused on reviewing the status of various infrastructure and developmental projects, identifying implementation challenges, and ensuring timely completion of works. Detailed discussions were held on project timelines, physical progress, and measures required to expedite pending works.
Shri Nitish Rajora stressed the importance of effective coordination among executing agencies and directed the concerned officers to closely monitor project implementation, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to approved timelines. He also emphasized the need for regular progress reporting and timely resolution of bottlenecks to facilitate smooth execution of development works.
The Deputy Commissioner reiterated the Administration’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure and accelerating developmental activities in the Changthang region.
