    Leh, June 23: Participants of the Viksit Vibrant Village Programme (VVVP) 2026 from Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and Assam continued their enriching journey in Ladakh with a blend of adventure and cultural exchange.
    The day commenced with a thorough medical check-up to ensure the well-being of participants before proceeding to the iconic Khardung La Pass (18,380 ft), one of the world’s highest motorable roads. The participants were mesmerized by the breathtaking panoramic vistas and unique high-altitude landscape, making the visit a memorable experience.
    Following the excursion, the participants took part in a vibrant Cultural Exchange Programme, showcasing the rich traditions, folk heritage and cultural diversity of their respective regions. The interactive session fostered mutual understanding, national integration and the spirit of ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, strengthening the bonds among youth from different parts of the country.
    The programme continues to provide participants with invaluable opportunities for experiential learning, cultural immersion and exposure to the diverse geographical and socio-cultural landscape of India.
