Khaltse, July 01, 2026: The Community Health Centre (CHC), Khaltse, organized a medical camp at Hanu Village in collaboration with the Indian Army in the presence of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaltse, Mohd. Sharif. The camp was conducted under the supervision of the Block Medical Officer, Khaltse, Dr. Javed Ahmad.
A team of specialist doctors from the departments of Gynecology, General Surgery, Pediatrics, Dentistry, and Physiotherapy provided free medical consultations and treatment to the local population. Basic health investigations and screening tests were also conducted on the spot, benefiting a large number of residents.
The medical camp reflected the joint commitment of the Health Department and the Indian Army to ensuring that quality healthcare services reach remote and underserved communities. The initiative was well received by the local residents, who appreciated the efforts made to provide accessible and comprehensive healthcare at their doorstep.
