Naib Tehsildar Anlay Conducts Enforcement Drive Against Single-Use Plastics.
As part of the ongoing campaign to enforce the ban on single-use plastics, Naib Tehsildar Anlay, Kunzes Dolma,today conducted a special enforcement drive across the market area to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
During the inspection, commercial establishments were checked for the use, sale, and storage of banned single-use plastic items. Around 30 kg of banned single-use plastic and expired items were seized from defaulters, and fines were imposed .
Naib Tehsildar Kunzes Dolma ,appealed to shopkeepers, residents, and visitors to refrain from using banned single-use plastic items, adopt eco-friendly alternatives, and avoid littering to help keep the surroundings clean. She further informed that such inspection and enforcement drives will continue on a regular basis, and strict action will be taken against violators to ensure effective implementation of the ban.
