DC Nubra Reviews Progress of TB Mukt Abhiyan Campaigns in Nubra District.
Nubra, 24 July: Deputy Commissioner Nubra, Sh. Mukul Beniwal, IAS, held a meeting with the Block Medical Officer and the concerned health officials to review the progress and implementation of the TB Mukt Abhiyan campaigns in Nubra district.
The DC reviewed the campaign schedule, the status of TB cases diagnosed and recovered, vulnerable patients requiring focused attention, and the progress of TB-free Panchayats.He also reviewed the implementation of the Nikshay Poshan Yojana and Nikshay Mitra Yojana, with the objective of making Nubra a TB-free district.
The DC directed the concerned departments to further popularise the campaigns and ensure greater public participation through close coordination with Numberdars and other community representatives. He emphasised that the campaigns must be implemented in a meaningful and result-oriented manner and should not be treated as mere formalities.
Assuring full support from the administration, the DC directed the concerned officers to address issues and challenges promptly and work in a coordinated manner to achieve the goal of making Nubra a TB-free district.
