Nyoma, July 29,2026:Deputy Commissioner Changthang, Shri Nitish Rajora, IAS, today chaired a review meeting in his office chamber for the upcoming Nomadic Festival at Korzok village.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner reviewed arrangements related to venue management, public toilets, availability of safe drinking water, sanitation, medical facilities,and other essential amenities for visitors and participants. He directed all concerned departments to ensure close coordination and timely completion of all preparations for the smooth and successful conduct of the festival.
The meeting was attended by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Changthang, Deputy Secretary, Tourism Department, Tehsildar Nyoma, and Heads of various department of District Changthang.
