NMBA Pledge Ceremony Held at GHSS Khaltse.
Khaltse, September 02, 2026: As part of the week-long programme under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA), the District Social Welfare Office, Leh, organised a Pledge Ceremony today at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS), Khaltse, to promote awareness about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse.
The programme was held under the supervision of Principal, GHSS Khaltse, Sonam Smanla, and In-charge, Social Welfare Office, Sham District, Rigzin Dawa.
ny, the teaching staff and students took the NMBA pledge, reaffirming their commitment to promoting a drug-free society and supporting the objectives of the campaign.
Following the pledge ceremony, the participants, generated their NMBA certificates as part of the campaign.
The teaching staff and students actively participated in the programme and reiterated their commitment to spreading awareness about the harmful effects of substance abuse and contributing towards the vision of a Nasha Mukt Bharat.
