Nubra, September 26, 2026: The second quarterly meeting of the Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) was held today under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Nubra, Sh. Mukul Beniwal (IAS).
During the meeting, various issues pertaining to the functioning of RKS were discussed, with particular focus on the sources and availability of RKS funds, fund utilisation, and expenditure proposed for the upcoming quarter. The Block Medical Officer (BMO) Nubra presented a detailed PowerPoint presentation covering the relevant agenda items and proposed expenditures.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the proposed expenditure and emphasised prudent and effective utilisation of RKS funds for improving healthcare services and addressing the requirements of health institutions in the district.
The meeting was attended by the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Executive Engineer REW, Nubra ,Block Development Officer, Diskit, Block Medical Officer (BMO), consultant doctors and other members of the RKS committee.
