175 new positive cases report in UT Ladakh; 123 patients cured and discharged

Leh, Apr 20: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, a total of 175 positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday. Out of the total positive reports, 173 reports were received by CMO Leh and 02 positive sample reports were received by CMO Kargil.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 123 patients yesterday. Out of which 109 patients were discharged by CMO Leh and 14 patients were discharged by CMO Kargil. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh has gone up to 1699; 1631 in Leh district and 68 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1717 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 91 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltsi check post on Sunday.
