Cultural academy Leh conduct 10-day workshop at Hanley

Leh, August 06: Ladakh Academy of Art Culture and Languages, Leh organised a ten-day astrology and chhams workshop at Hanley monastery as a part of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’. Monks participated in traditional astrology and chaams workshop.

His Eminence Thuksey Rinpoche was the chief guest on the concluding function. Rinpoche expressed his appreciation and added that the workshop on rignas-chu (ten streams of knowledge) will benefit at large.

Deputy Secretary of Culture Academy, Leh, Tsewang Paljor appreciated the participation of the monks and assured that these kinds of workshops will be conducted in future.
