ADDC Leh Chairs District Level Committee Meeting to Review Departmental Promotion Cases.
Leh, July 25, 2026: The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Leh, Rigzin Spalgon, JKAS, chaired a meeting of the District Level Committee for Departmental Promotion today at the VC Room, Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Leh.
The Committee conducted a detailed department-wise review of various departmental promotion cases. The ADDC examined the eligibility of posts, requisite qualifications, seniority of employees, relevant records and documents, as well as pending cases. He also provided necessary suggestions and directions for further processing of the cases in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.
The meeting covered promotion cases pertaining to various departments, including Medical and Health, Education, Power Development Department (PDD), Public Health Engineering (PHE), Wildlife, Handicrafts, Fisheries, Agriculture and Horticulture, among others.
The ADDC stressed upon the concerned officers to ensure timely completion of all requisite formalities and documentation for the early disposal of pending cases.
The meeting was attended by Headquarters Assistant to the Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Rigzin Yangdol, JKAS, along with Heads of Offices and representatives of the concerned departments.
