CBSE Remedial Classes Continue Successfully Across UT Ladakh for the Second Week; 44 Experts Arrive for Third Week.
Leh, 26th September 2026: The second week of the special CBSE remedial and expert teaching programme for students appearing in the forthcoming Board examinations has been successfully completed across all designated venues in the Union Territory of Ladakh.
The classes were conducted at Turtuk, Bogdang, Sumur, Disket, Baima, Tangtse, Nyoma, Leh Boys Higher Secondary School, and DIET Leh, providing students with valuable academic support and focused preparation in the crucial months leading up to the examinations.
The programme has received an encouraging response from students and teachers alike, with the visiting CBSE experts engaging learners through subject-specific guidance, conceptual clarification, problem-solving, examination strategies, and targeted remedial support.
Sh. S. D. Namgail, Principal, DIET Leh, expressed sincere gratitude to the higher authorities of CBSE and the UT Administration of Ladakh for organising this student-centric initiative.
He appreciated the dedicated efforts of all stakeholders in ensuring that students across diverse and remote locations of Ladakh gain access to expert academic guidance and quality preparation for the forthcoming examinations.
Meanwhile, 44 CBSE subject experts have arrived in Ladakh for the third week of the programme. They were warmly welcomed and received by the designated Liaison Officers,
who are facilitating their travel, coordination, and deployment at the respective teaching centres.
The continued participation of CBSE experts, local educators and administrative authorities reflects a collective commitment to strengthening academic support and ensuring that students of Ladakh are well-prepared and confident for the upcoming Board examinations. This initiative stands as a significant step towards providing equitable access to quality academic support for students across the geographically challenging regions of UT Ladakh.
