CEC Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon Meets Father of Ghulam Haider, UPSC & IFoS Achiever

Kargil, May 20, 2025 – Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor (CEC), LAHDC, Kargil Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon, extended his heartfelt congratulations to Ghulam Haider on qualifying both the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Examination and the Indian Forest Service (IFoS) exam.
