CEC Kargil, Dr Jaffer extends #Losar greetings to Buddhist community of Ladakh.

Kargil, Dec 12: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon has extended warm Losar greetings to the people of Kargil especially the Buddhist community.
On the auspicious occasion, the CEC conveyed heartfelt wishes and prayed for peace, prosperity, and communal harmony.
CEC Dr. Jaffer acknowledged the rich cultural tapestry of Kargil and emphasised the importance of celebrating the diversity.
He hoped that the spirit of Losar fosters unity and strengthens the bond of friendship among all residents. The CEC extended gratitude to the Buddhist community for their invaluable contribution in the cultural richness of Kargil.
