Community Mobilisation-cum-EBSB Event Held at PS Rongdo.
Leh , December 2: A community mobilisation-cum-Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat (EBSB) Abhiyaan event was organised today at PS Rongdo with the participation of five schools from the area. Ms. Sonam Dolkar, ZEO Nubra, graced the programme as the Chief Guest.
During the event, the ZEO inaugurated the newly established Balvatika Classroom and witnessed an inter-school quiz competition. PS Rongdo secured the first position, followed by MS Tsati in second place, while MS Khalsar and PS Tirith jointly claimed the third position.
In her address, Ms. Sonam Dolkar highlighted the significance of the Ek Bharat Shresth Bharat initiative and underscored the roles and responsibilities of School Management Committees in strengthening the education system. She also lauded Mr. Phunchok Dorjey, Headmaster of PS Rongdo, for his leadership qualities, efficiency, and dedication.
Villagers and parents also appreciated Mr. Dorjey’s committed efforts towards the growth and welfare of the school and its students .
