DC Leh Reviews Arrangements for NEET Re-Examination.
Leh, June 19, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Leh, Shri Romil Singh Donk, IAS, chaired a meeting to review and finalize arrangements for the smooth conduct of the NEET Re-Examination in Leh district.
During the meeting, officials discussed various logistical and administrative measures to ensure a hassle-free examination process for candidates. It was informed that two examination centres have been designated in Leh district: Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Leh, and Kendriya Vidyalaya (KV), Leh.
To facilitate the movement of aspirants, transportation arrangements have been made, with buses available from Choglamsar and Namgyal Chowk to the examination centres. The District Administration has urged candidates to make use of these facilities and reach their respective centres well in time.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all concerned departments to maintain close coordination and ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place for the successful conduct of the examination.
Candidates and their guardians have been advised to contact the Emergency Helpline 112 in case of any query or assistance related to transportation or other examination-related issues.
The District Administration reiterated its commitment to providing all necessary support to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of the NEET Re-Examination in Leh district.
