DC Leh Reviews Arrangements for Upcoming Rozgar Mela in Leh.
Leh, April 13, 2026: Deputy Commissioner Leh, Sh. Romil Singh Donk, IAS, convened a meeting in the VC Room of the DC Office, Leh, to review preparations for the Rozgar Mela scheduled on April 16, 2026, at the Central Institute of Buddhist Studies (CIBS), Leh.
He directed all concerned Heads of Departments to ensure timely arrangements, including invitation cards, refreshments, PA system, and other logistics for smooth conduct.
