DC Sham Chairs Meeting Regarding “Reform Utsav”.
Khaltsi, September 30, 2026: The Deputy Commissioner, Sham, Smt. Kunzes Angmo (JKAS), today chaired a meeting regarding the execution and launch of “Reform Utsav”, integrated with the People’s Plan Campaign (PPC), at the Conference Hall of the DC Office, Khaltsi.
The meeting discussed the preparations and execution of the Reform Utsav, which aims to highlight and showcase various Government services, welfare schemes and public-oriented initiatives for the benefit of the general public.
On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, 2026, the District Administration, Khaltsi, will organize the Reform Utsav across four villages of Sham District, namely Saspol, Takmachik, Garkon and Wanla. The initiative will provide an opportunity for the public to learn about various Government schemes, services and initiatives and facilitate greater awareness and outreach at the grassroots level.
The meeting was attended by the SDM, Khaltsi; Mohd Sharif, Executive Engineer, PWD; Executive Engineer, PMGSY; Block Development Officer; Naib Tehsildars of Temisgam, Wanla and Skurbuchan; Child Development Project Officer; Zonal Education Officer; Agriculture Extention Officer; Livestock Development Officer; Horticulture Development Officer; AAO; Senior Consultant, Panchayat Inspector, and other concerned officers.
