DC Sham Virtually Attends LG Yuva Internship Orientation Programme.
Khaltsi, September 17, 2026: The Deputy Commissioner, Sham, Smt. Kunzes Angmo (JKAS), today virtually attended the LG Yuva Internship Orientation Programme along with enrolled youth of District Sham at the Conference Hall of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Khaltsi.
The orientation programme was organised by the Youth Services & Sports Department, UT Ladakh, and presided over by the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
The programme aimed to orient enrolled interns about the objectives, framework and various aspects of the LG Yuva Internship Programme, providing them with an opportunity to engage in meaningful learning and contribute to the development of the Union Territory.
The Deputy Commissioner encouraged the participating youth to actively engage in the internship programme, gain valuable experience and contribute meaningfully to society.
The programme was attended by officers and officials of the district administration, along with the enrolled interns of District Sham.
