Delegation calls on LG Ladakh.
Leh, February 23: A delegation comprising members and representatives of 11 different societies from Ladakh, led by former Chairman, LAHDC Leh, Advocate Tashi Gyalson, called on the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Shri Kavinder Gupta, at Lok Niwas today.
The delegates apprised the Lt Governor about issues faced regarding land allotted to the societies by LAHDC Leh last year for setting up their offices. They alleged that the Vigilance Office has recently objected to the land allotment and requested regularisation and confirmation to enable them to render services efficiently for societal benefit.
The Lt Governor gave a patient hearing and assured to look into the matter.
