DEO Kargil chairs training for election teams ahead of GE 2024.
Srinagar, March 11, 2024: Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Shrikant Suse, who is also District Election Officer, today chaired a meeting/Training of Flying Squad Team (FST) and Static Surveillance Team (SST) at Conference Hall, Kargil for the upcoming General Elections 2024.
SSP Kargil, Shree Raam R IPS,ADC Kargil, Suhail Ahmed, ASP Kargil, Nitin Yadav IPS , Nodal Officer Election Expenditure Monitoring/Chief Controller of Finance, Iftikhar Hussain, Deputy District Election Officer Kargil, Muhammad Sharief, CPO Kargil, SDMs, Tehsildars, Police Officers, Election Naib Tehsildar Kargil, along with the other concerned officers were present.
Detailed discussions held on role of FSTs/SSTs in conduct of free and fair elections, implementation of Model Code of Conduct, expenditure monitoring and online reporting.
