Department of Information Kargil Hosts Farewell and Welcome Function for Joint Directors.
Kargil, April 06, 2026: The Department of Information, Kargil today organized a farewell-cum-welcome function to bid adieu to the former Joint Director, Imteeaz Kacho, and to welcome the newly appointed Joint Director, Mr. Shabbir Hussain.
The event was held in a cordial atmosphere and was attended by Assistant Director Information Kargil, Raza Ali Abidi and staff of the Joint Director and Assistant Director offices.
On the occasion, speakers highlighted the significant contributions and dedicated services rendered by Imteeaz Kacho during his tenure. His role in strengthening the department’s communication and outreach initiatives was widely appreciated.
