Drass, May 23, 2025 – In a commendable initiative to promote holistic health, the Department of Physical Education at Government Degree College (GDC) Drass organized a one-day yoga session focused on the importance of physical and mental well-being. The event brought together students, faculty, and staff in an engaging and educational experience centered on the benefits of yoga in daily life.
The session was led by Ms. Niharika Sharma, a well-qualified yoga instructor, who guided the participants through a series of breathing techniques, postures, and mindfulness exercises tailored to alleviate the effects of modern sedentary lifestyles. Her expert guidance and interactive approach were well received by all attendees.
