Deputy Commissioner Nubra Conducts Another Round of Surprise Inspections at Partapur Higher Secondary School and Health Centre.
Nubra, June 30, 2026: The Deputy Commissioner, Nubra, Sh. Mukul Beniwal, IAS, today visited Partapur Higher Secondary School and the Health Centre to review their functioning.
At the school, he inspected the attendance of staff and students and personally assessed students’ learning by asking questions from various subjects to evaluate their conceptual understanding. He directed teachers to conduct daily on-board quizzes alongside regular class tests, stating that this would strengthen conceptual clarity and help students cope with examination pressure.
The Deputy Commissioner encouraged students to remain curious and ask questions, emphasizing that curiosity is the key to effective learning and deeper understanding.
He later visited the Health Centre and reviewed staff attendance and the healthcare services being provided.
The visit was accompanied by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nubra, Sh. Jigmet Raftan, JKAS and Naib Tehsildar Diskit sh. Habibullah.
