    Dharti Aabha Abhiyan Awareness and Benefit Saturation Camp held successfully at Lamayuru under Khaltse Sub-division.
    Khaltse,14 July 2025 – In a landmark initiative under the Dharti Abha Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, an awareness and benefit-saturation camp was successfully conducted at Lamayuru village in presence Naib Tehsildar Wanla, Punchok Namgail, bringing critical government services to the region’s rural communities.
    Officials from diverse government departments—including Revenue, Agriculture, Health, Animal & Sheep Husbandry, Rural Development Department, Social Welfare, ICDS and Cooperative, J&k Bank and State Bank—set up single-window counters at Lamayuru’s community hall.
    Their aim is to streamline service delivery and bridge information gaps in a remote region of Ladakh.
    Residents received a wide range of services directly during the camp like Issuance of ST, income and LRC Certificates, Revenue extract, enrollment for Ayushman Bharat health coverage, PM‑Jan Dhan accounts, Kisan Credit Cards, and PM‑KISAN benefits.
    Processing of social security measures like PM‑JJBY, PMSBY, APY, widow , disability and senior citizen pensions, ABHA ID generation , PMMVY scheme.
    Conducted health screenings, including Blood Pressure, Sugar, Height and Weight and veterinary services such as distribution of medicines and advice.
    The camp saw high participation, estimated at over 100 beneficiaries from Lamayuru and neighbouring village.
    The camp represents a significant leap in ensuring government schemes reach Last-Mile communities. By combining outreach, awareness, and documentation under one roof.
