DIET Kargil conducts fire emergency mock drill under Samagra Shiksha.

Kargil, November 19, 2024: DIET Kargil in collaboration with Yakland Enterprises today conducted a Fire Emergency Mock Drill to promote awareness and preparedness for fire-related emergencies.
The initiative was taken under the central flagship program Samagara Shiksha. During the program, Mohd Jaffar Khan MD Yakland Enterprises highlighted the significance of fire and emergency services. He conducted a mock drill demonstrating the proper use of fire extinguishers during emergencies in the institutions and explained essential fire incident mitigation measures, equipping participants with practical knowledge.
Principal DIET and 50 staff members of the School Education Department and students participated in the program. In the end, Principal DIET Kargil expressed her gratitude to MD Yakland Enterprises for organizing this vital awareness program. She also emphasized the importance of such initiatives and encouraged more training sessions in all Government Institutions in future to enhance emergency response capabilities.
