DIET Kargil Organizes District-Level Quiz Competition for Middle Level Classes.
Kargil, October 11, 2025: The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Kargil successfully organized a district-level quiz competition for middle classes today, providing a platform for students to showcase their knowledge and skills.
42 students representing 14 schools, who were zone-level position holders from 7 Zones of Kargil District, participated in the competition. The quiz comprised 9 rounds, including General Knowledge, Science, English, Math, Social Science, Ladakh Special, Heritage, Visual, and Rapid Fire. Each round was saprately conducted by domain experts of DIET kargil.
After a keenly contested competition, MS Skygam Zanskar secured first position, followed by MS Gongma Tambis in second position, and MS Grong Pashkum in third position.
The concluding program was graced by Principal DIET Kargil S.D Namgyal, Khursheeda Banoo HOD DIET and ZEPOs, who emphasized the importance of such events in fostering academic excellence in their concluding addresses. Position holders received certificates and momentos from the dignitaries.
The program ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Syed Abdullah Shah, and the whole event was coordinated by DIET Kargil faculties led by Dr Willayat Ali.
