DIET Leh Distributes Workbooks to Strengthen Foundational Learning in Collaboration with 17000 ft Foundation.

PRESS RELEASE Leh, November 15, 2025 — Under the guidance of the Director, School Education Department UT of Ladakh. The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Leh, in collaboration with the 17000 ft Foundation, has initiated the distribution of specially designed Workbooks for students of Foundational Classes across government schools in the district.
This initiative aims to strengthen Foundational Learning among early-grade students and ensure the effective implementation of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
The distribution of Workbook will commence from November 15th, 2025. All the government schools are requested to collect the Workbooks from DIET Leh.
