District Administration Kargil Observes Constitution Day at the Headquarter and Across All Sub-Divisions and Tehsils.
Kargil, November 26, 2025: The District Administration Kargil today observed Constitution Day with reverence and patriotic spirit at various locations including the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kargil.
Officers and staff members of the DC Office actively participated in the programme, which began with the reading of the Preamble of the Constitution of India to emphasise the core constitutional values of justice, liberty, equality and fraternity.
Simultaneously, Constitution Day was also marked across all Departments, Sub-Division and Tehsil level offices and headquarters of Kargil apart from Colleges and Schools, ensuring widespread participation of officials, employees and the public.
The observance aimed to strengthen awareness of constitutional rights and duties among citizens and encourage collective responsibility towards upholding democratic ideals.
