DLRC/DCC Meeting for Quarter Ended December 2025.
The District Level Review Committee (DLRC) and District Consultative Committee (DCC) meeting for the quarter ended December 2025 was conducted today at the DC Office Conference Hall under the chairmanship of Chief Planning Officer, Sh. Konchok.
The meeting was hosted by Stanzin Dolkar, Chief Manager, Lead Bank Leh.
The meeting was attended by Subin Kundal, Lead District Officer, Reserve Bank of India; District Development Manager, National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development; along with representatives from member banks and various line departments.
During the meeting, the Lead District Manager (LDM), Leh , Ms Stanzin Dolkar discussed the overall performance of the banking sector in the district, including achievements under priority sector lending, progress under government-sponsored schemes, and key challenges faced by banks. Emphasis was laid on improving credit flow to agriculture, MSMEs, and other priority segments, as well as enhancing financial inclusion initiatives.
The committee reviewed various developmental issues and stressed the need for better coordination among banks and line departments to achieve the set targets. During the meeting the Potential linked plan for the FY 2026-27 was also formally released.
The chair emphasized timely credit delivery, increased outreach in rural and underserved areas, and proactive participation of all stakeholders for inclusive economic growth.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by the Lead District Manager, Leh.
