    EC Education Zakir Hussain inspects residential remedial classes in Sankoo zone.
    Kargil, Sept 21, 2024: In a proactive effort to enhance the educational standards and support student learning, Executive Councilor School Education, LAHDC Kargil, Zakir Hussain on Friday inspected residential remedial classes in Sankoo zone.
    He was accompanied by Deputy Chief Education Officer Sankoo and Zonal Education Officer Sankoo. The inspection was conducted at Government HS Sangrah, Government GHS Sankoo, Government HSS Sankoo and Government HSS Lankarchey.
    The initiative aimed to assess the effectiveness of the remedial programs implemented for students requiring additional academic support. During the visit, the EC, Dy CEO and ZEO interacted with teachers and students to evaluate the teaching methodologies, learning outcomes, and overall environment of the classes.
    Key highlights from the inspection included engagement and participation: The students demonstrated active participation in the remedial classes, showcasing their eagerness to improve their academic skills.
    During the inspection, teachers were found to be dedicated and well-prepared, employing diverse strategies to cater to the varying needs of students.
    It was informed that the schools have made commendable efforts to provide necessary resources and materials to facilitate effective learning.
    Feedback was gathered on potential enhancements, including the need for providing Mathematics knowledge for Government GHS Sankoo and to provide services of female wardens for GHS Sankoo and GHSS Sankoo.
    The EC emphasized the importance of continuous monitoring and support for these programs to ensure that every student receives the guidance they need to succeed academically. “Our goal is to create a conducive learning environment that empowers students to achieve their full potential,” he said.
    The EC directed the Dy. CEO Sankoo and ZEO Sankoo to utilize the services of Mathematics knowing Master/ Teacher of Govt. HS Yakza & Govt. HSS Sankoo to teach Mathematics subject for the students of GHS Sankoo and also to provide the services of female teachers to work as Warden in GHS Sankoo & GHSS Sankoo on rotational basis.
    The inspection concluded with a commitment to ongoing collaboration between school authorities, teachers, and educational officers to strengthen these initiatives and further support student development.
