Famous Buddhist scholar Khandro Thrinley Chodon visits GMDC Zanskar.

Kargil, June 16, 2023: Khandro Thrinley Chodon the famous Buddhist Scholar, mediator and educator today visited Govt. Model Degree College Zanskar accompanied by her entourage along with Executive Councilor RD, Tourism and Zanksar Affairs, LAHDC, Kargil Er. Punchok Tashi.
MNM Shabani, Principal, GMDC Zanksar received Chodon and her entourage with the traditional scarf. During her tour of the college campus, Shabani briefed her about the academic pursuit and other development activities of the college.
Dr Jamphel Sheyan presented the formal welcome speech and gave a brief introduction about Chodon and her institute.
Chodon interacted with the students. While speaking on the occasion, she expressed happiness on visiting the college and appreciated Shabani and college staff for working tirelessly for the development of the college.
