GMDC Zanskar organizes interactive session with Rzamba Charitable Trust.

Kargil, June 17, 2023: Government Model Degree College Zanskar today organized an interactive session in collaboration with Rzamba Charitable Trust in the college campus.
CEO Rzamba Saldon Shifa accompanied with Ghulam Murtaza were present as the guest speakers. Ishaq Senior Assistant Professor welcomed the guests.
Through her presentation, Saldon Shifa informed about the idea behind the trust. The trust is envisioned to empower communities and quality education through projects and skill-based learning mechanism in remote Govt. Primary and Middle Schools of Kargil.
She shared some success stories in developing and inculcating interest among the small children who refused to go to school. She also apprised about various supporting organizations.
She appealed the college students to come forward and join the trust, in order to implement its in lifting the primary education scenario of Zanskar Sub Division.
Ghulam Murtaza also shared his experiences of his affiliation with the trust and also apprised about the fellowship program.
