Leh, April 10, 2026: The IGNOU Learner Support Centre (LSC) 1203, Eliezer Joldan Memorial College, Leh, proudly announces that Dr. Yangchan Dolma, Coordinator of the Centre, has been conferred with the Best Coordinator Award by Indira Gandhi National Open University, Regional Centre Srinagar.
