Introductory Training on Holistic Progress Card for Students of the Foundational Stage and
Contextualization of Books for Foundational Classes at DIET Leh.
An Introductory Training on the Holistic Progress Card (HPC) for students of the foundational stage, along with a session on the Contextualization of Books for Foundational Classes, was conducted today at the District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Leh.
The Director, School Education, UT of Ladakh, advised the participants to take the training seriously for the betterment of students and the effective implementation of the new educational initiatives.
The session was led by Mrs. Ranjana Sengupta, Secretary, and Mr. Sri Sarda Prasad Namhata from Nanritam, West Bengal. The training was attended by participants from both Leh and Kargil districts, focusing on familiarizing them with the key concepts, structure, and practical implementation of the Holistic Progress Card, as well as on adapting learning materials to suit the local context.
The Principal, DIET Leh, warmly welcomed the resource persons by presenting them with the traditional white scarf (Khatak) as a gesture of respect and appreciation.
